Shipping

The ordered item will be shipped out within 2-4 weeks depending on which product is chosen. Shipment time varies, as all jewellery is made by hand for the customer after placing an order.

If it is urgent, you are welcome to contact me by email and we will arrange an individual delivery date. I do my best to guarantee the above delivery conditions, but they are not binding.

Studio Etna has a 'no stock - no waste' policy which means that each piece is specially made for the customer after placing an order and payment receipt. All products are sent as package. All orders are safely shipped and insured by Swiss Post delivery. 

It is important that you are happy with your purchase. If you think the jewellery has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at hello@studioetna.com

If you prefer to pick up your order in person at my studio or in the city of Basel, this is possible. Please contact me at hello@studioetna.com to make an appointment.

Deliveries are currently only possible within Switzerland.

RETURNS

A return is possible within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Studio Etna must be notified in advance in writing by email of the return with the reason for the return. Studio Etna will then send you a confirmation and a valid return address.

- Advance notice at hello@studioetna.com
- Must not show any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging.
- The corresponding label must be enclosed.
- You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The customer assumes all risks and costs associated with the return of the goods.

After receipt of the goods, they will be checked. If it is in unused and undamaged condition, the purchase price will be refunded immediately.
